peta’s Supper club

Enjoy a cooking class, book reading and three course meal with Peta
at her central Auckland apartment – classes running throughout Spring / Summer
from mid October until the beginning of May 2025.

I host my Supper Club regularly on Wednesday evenings from 6pm - 9.30pm and Saturdays from 10am - 1.30pm. Make an enquiry using the button below and I’ll let you know when the next class is. I also offer classes for special occasions, (birthdays, Mother’s Day, team building etc) on alternative dates by mutual agreement. My dishes are big on fabulosity and flavour, small on effort and suitable for apartment cooking. Our meal will be accompanied by matched wines, we’ll consume more olive oil than you thought possible, laugh a lot and I’ll read from my latest book. I teach recipes from my travels all over the world – this could involve pasta making, flower stuffing, knife sharpening or pastry making, and I'll tell you where to buy all the best produce in Auckland.

You might find me teaching a Moroccan lamb tagine, pesto made with anchovies, mint & almonds, Rajasthani cardamon chicken, quail stuffed with roses and pistachios, Vietnamese raw papaya salad, pissaladière (Southern French pizza) or chocolate mousse with olive oil and sea salt.

$210 per person, (payable upon booking confirmation) – everything is included and recipes provided. Maximum of eight people. Gift vouchers are available via the enquiry button below.

Un grand merci for the recipes and for the lovely evening we spent at Hopetoun St. We were spellbound, entertained and informed – and then very well fed. We’ll be hunting down anchovies and Paneton pastry in the very near future.
— Catherine Burnet, Auckland
It was a bit like a naughty catholic girls get together. There’s nothing better in life than beautiful food, wine and great company. What gorgeous women! I’m sure this new project, like all of your others Peta, will be a great success.
— Margo Connell, Hamilton

I loved the evening, and thought the format worked really well. Size of group perfect, and menu interesting, but easy enough to replicate at home - other than your wonderful pasta guitar!!
